Privacy Policy — FDR Old Time Radio

Effective May 25, 2026.

Short version: FDR Old Time Radio does not collect, store, or share any personal information about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking.

What the app does
The app streams public-domain old-time radio episodes from our servers at radio.forgottendecades.com and audio.forgottendecades.com. Standard HTTPS connections to those servers are required for playback.

What we collect
Nothing. We do not collect names, emails, device identifiers, location, contacts, or any other personal data. We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers of any kind.

What stays on your device
The app stores your listening history, favorites, playlists, and preferences locally on your iPhone only. This data never leaves your device. Deleting the app removes all of it.

Server logs
Our streaming servers may keep standard short-lived access logs (IP address, request time, requested file) for the technical purposes of serving audio and detecting abuse. These logs are not linked to any user identity and are not shared with third parties.

Children
The app is rated 13+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
